Shares of Kencana Petroleum Bhd and SapuraCrest Petroleum Bhd were suspended from trading, the companies said in separate statements in Kuala Lumpur today.

Both Malaysian companies said Integral Key Sdn Bhd, a closely held company, is proposing a "material corporate exercise" involving them. -- Bloomberg

Berjaya Corp falls on aborted dividend plan
